By Car - We are just over an hour from Exeter, two hours beyond Bristol. Take the M5 past Exeter then turn onto the A30 for approx 67 miles then take the A391 towards St Austell (approx 4.5 miles) turn onto B3274 for 2 miles turn left onto A3058 (Edgcumbe Road approx 120yds) turn left onto A390 (Penwinnick Road) at roundabout continue on A390 (Trevanion Road) we are on the left hand side of the road.
